TOWN OF SHARON

                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                            JUNE 28, 2012

4:30 P.M.         Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W. Abelson and

                        Mark J. Mazur.

1. Board members were given copies of the 2012 Street List.

2. The Board members submitted their expenses from a recent conference.

3. The Board discussed end of the fiscal year budget matters.

4. The Board reviewed and then signed a Fiscal Year 2012 Omitted and Revised Assessment Report.

5. The Board read a letter from Town Counsel concerning the assessment of Parcel #112-7. The Board decided to leave the property as totally exempt for FY 2012 as recommended by Town Counsel.

6. The Board reviewed an estimate of the assessed value of Sharon

Commons once it is fully constructed and the tax implications for the Town.

7. The Board will hold their next Board Meeting on Thursday, July 12, 2012        

at 10:00 A.M.
